Happiness is not just a state of mind, it's more than that. It is the cumulative reaction of several quality and habits. You can never buy a good night's sleep however you can manage getting it on your own and that too for free. A person who hasn't had ample rest and sleep can never enjoy the nicer moments and feel happy. Spending time in nature gives people some sort of inner peace and a sense of well-being. Happy people enjoy nature as much as they can and spending time in nature eventually makes them happier. Sometimes happiness comes from selfless deeds that are done for others. Happy people perform random and senseless acts of kindness. There is a decrease in blood pressure as well as activation in the reward center of the brain.
