Since the last couple of decades, we have been becoming more prone to certain diseases that can really be prevented by following a healthy lifestyle, all thanks to industrialisation. Eat Right

Vegetarian food options are good sources of most nutrients needed for an optimal health. They also contain powerful antioxidants and phytonutrients that fight against illnesses. Exercise

Make a time table for daily activities with sufficient time for exercise and entertainment. Brisk walking for 15 minutes daily may show promising results in obese, diabetics and hypertensive people as it improves blood circulation, removes lactic acid and uric acid and loosens joints. Drink Lots of Water

Get Out in the Sun

Breathe Fresh Air

Those late night presentations and early morning meetings have left no time for us to take a bare feet walk on the emerald green dewy grass. Don’t you remember you good it felt when you did it as a kid? You need to do it again. Make time for it. Sleep Properly

Be Optimistic

Break the Addictions
