our bodies can function so well because of the nutrients that we get from our food source. Eating vegetables is the best way to get all the nutrients in your body and we should be able to include more green vegetables in our diet. Stick to a Routine

Discipline is fundamental for a long life, and you would do great if you can lead a disciplined life by sticking to a routine. Evidence suggests that if you have selenium, beta-carotene, vitamins C and E in high amounts in your blood then you age better and have a slower rate of cognitive decline. There is however no evidence that by taking supplements for these in the form of pills would help you or benfit you in any way.
