Eating too much of canned Tuna can result in higher mercury levels which may cause vision problems, impaired speech, muscle weakness and lack of coordination. Oranges & Tomatoes

Lean Animal Protein
Consuming too much of lean animal protein can be harmful for your health since it makes your body produce the hormone insulin-like growth factor, which promotes aging and increases the risk of cancer.
