One of the most popular anti-aging treatments are antioxidants. Antioxidants nutrients can disarm and neutralize free radicals before they cause any harm to the skin. Several studies have found that topical antioxidants like CoQ10 and vitamins C and E rejuvenate and protect skin making it look younger.
Cleansing, Toning and Moisturizing

While chemical products claim to be very effective simple treatments can also keep your look young. Cleansing skin removes dust and dirt from the face and makes it fresh. Toning skin with an astringent maintains its natural balance and keeps it hydrated. Moisturizing restores natural moisture and makes skin glowing soft.
Vitamin A

Retinoids, the derivatives of vitamin A work on aging skin by increasing collagen production and decreasing collagen breakdown. A University of Michigan study on people with average age of 87, found that 0.4% retinol lotion applied three times a week for 24 weeks yielded significant difference in skin wrinkling.
Green Tea

Green tea contains catechins, one of the most effective compounds for preventing sun damage like hyperpigmentation and polyphenols are antioxidants that combat free-radical damage and may reverse the effects of aging.
Sunscreen Protection

Sunscreen protection is an effective anti-aging solution. Too much exposure to sun can really make you look older. Applying sunscreen on regular basis protects skin from harmful effects of UVB and UVA. It prevents tanning and most importantly skin cancer. Never step out in the sun without a sunscreen to have a problem free skin.
Avoid Makeup

Sometimes not avoiding something can be better than applying an anti-aging cream or treatment. You should avoid too much of makeup and rather stick to the basics like moisturizer and lip balm. To delay wrinkles it is recommended to avoid regular facials but indulge in clean ups once in a while.
Olive Oil

Another treatment has an added benefit of being natural. The good fats in olive oil contain heart-healthy omega-3s which are highly beneficial, and improve circulation, leaving skin rosy and supple. It may not rejuvenate your skin instantaneously but it can save it from looking dull and older.
