While it is a myth that banana peels can help polish silver, but they surely can make your teeth visibly whiter. Rubbing banana peel on your teeth for a couple of minutes every day will leave your teeth brighter in a few days. Just that, you will have to rub the peels after brushing your teeth and will have to deal with banana-breath for a while for it to show effect.

Dry out banana peels on screens during the winter months. In early spring, grind them up in a food processor or blender and use it as a mulch to give new plants and seedlings a healthy start.

Just put them on a raised platform in your backyard. Punch a few holes in the bananas to make the fruit more accessible to the butterflies.
Break out your blender and toss in two overripe bananas, one avocado and yogurt. Apply the creamy mixture to your face and wait at least 20 minutes before rinsing out with warm water. This works as an excellent anti-ageing mask. Bananas and avocados are rich sources of vitamin E which helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and age spots.
