Do You Want Your Thicker, Longer Hair Back?

Eggs

Eggs contain true proteins that are essential for stronger and thicker hair. Depending on the length of your hair, take one or two eggs and beat them in a bowl. Fenugreek Seeds

Fenugreek seeds are an age-old trick to prevent hair fall and they therefore, help one to have thicker, longer hair. Soak two to three tablespoonfuls of fenugreek seeds in water for eight to ten hours. Grind them to a fine paste and apply on your hair and scalp. Aloe Vera

Indian Gooseberry

Amla, as it is popularly known in India, is known for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-bacterial, and exfoliating properties. These attributes enable it to give us a healthy scalp and better hair growth. Boil one tablespoonful of dried amla with two tablespoonfuls of coconut oil; strain the oil and massage your scalp with it before going to bed. Shampoo your hair as usual in the morning. Avocado
