Every cell in the human body contains protein. The nutrient breaks down into amino acids that promote cell growth and repair. Meat, eggs and dairy are some of the best sources of protein, but you need to wary of the saturated fat and cholesterol in them. White Meat, Poultry

Seafood

Eggs

Beans

Soy
