Gynecomastia is enlargement of the glandular tissue of the male breast. It may occur during infancy and puberty in normally-developing boys. True gynecomastia results from growth of the glandular, or breast tissue.
Signs and symptoms of gynecomastia, also known as “man boobs” include swollen breast gland tissue, and breast tenderness. You should see a doctor if you have swelling, pain, tenderness, or nipple discharge in one or both breasts.
Enlarged prostate keeps you up at night, causes urinating problems, swells and blocks the flow of urine from the bladder and sometimes leads to infection. Medical and surgical treatments both are likely to relieve symptoms.
