Ingredients
Take four eggs, four sourdough breads, one-fourth cup butter, one teaspoon red chilli powder, one cup hung yoghurt, and 2-3 garlic cloves.
What Else Do You Need?
Take salt as per your taste, crushed black peppercorns as per taste, and a few sprigs of fresh dill leaves.
Preparation
Take a pan and melt butter on low heat. Add red chilli flakes to it and mix well. Take a bowl, add yoghurt, grated garlic, salt, dill leaves, black peppers, and mix.
Sourdough
Take sour dough breads and toast them in a toaster. Take a deep pan and boil water in it. Whisk the water while slowly adding the eggs in it and poach them for 2-3 minutes.
Serve
Once the eggs are poached, spread a little mixture of yoghurt and gently place the eggs over the mixture, drizzle chilli butter, garnish dill leaves, and serve.
