Ingredients

3-4 boiled and mashed sweet potatoes, one tablespoon of ghee, one cup of milk, almonds, cashews, raisins, and saffron strands.

Roast sweet potatoes

Heat one tablespoon of ghee in a pan and add the sweet potatoes. Roast the sweet potatoes until they turn brown.

Add milk

Once the potatoes are roasted, add milk to it. Now, cook the potatoes and stir continuously until it starts to thicken.

Add dried fruits

Add chopped almonds, cashews, raisins, and saffron strands. Cook it again for 1-2 minutes and serve hot.
