Madhuri Dixit Approved Peanut Corn Chaat Recipe For Weight Loss

Ingredients

One cup of corn, half a cup of peanuts, half a cup of green peas, 2-4 tablespoons of tomatoes, 2-4 tablespoons of onions, half a teaspoon of chaat masala, one-fourth teaspoon of chilli powder, one tablespoon of lemon juice, one-fourth teaspoon of black pepper, salt to taste, and one tablespoon of coriander leaves.

Boil corn and peas

Start by boiling corn and peas in a pan. Cook them until they are soft and tender. Dry roast the peanuts in a pan.

Combine vegetables

Take a mixing bowl and add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, and coriander leaves. Stir them to combine.

Add spices

Now, add salt chaat masala, salt, chilli powder, and a pinch of turmeric. Give this mixture a stir to combine with chopped vegetables.

Add corn and peas

Now, add boiled corn and peas to the mixing bowl. Toss it all to combine everything together.

Garnish

Squeeze some lemon juice on top and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. You can also add 2-3 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds.
