Ingredients
Two cups of water, salt according to taste, one tablespoon of ghee, one tablespoon of finely chopped ginger, one tablespoon of finely chopped garlic, one green chilli, one onion, one cup cup of vegetable stock one tablespoon of black pepper, 3 tablespoons of millet flour, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and a fresh foriander leaves.
Saute vegetables
Heat some ghee in a pan and add onion, capsicum, corn, peas, and carrots. Saute the vegetables for 1-2 minutes.
Add water
Add water with salt and black pepper to the pan. Let it boil for some time on a medium flame.
Add bajra flour
Combine bajra flour with one-fourth cup of water and make a slurry. Add this to the saucepan and stir it well.
Cook soup
Now, add the pieces of paneer, chilli flakes, and lemon juice. Let the soup simmer on a low flame for 5-10 minutes.
Serve
Turn off the flame and garnish the soup with chopped coriander leaves. Serve it warm.
