Ingredients
Two medium-sized mangoes, one small red onion, 1-2 green chillies, two spring onions, one tomato, 1-2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds, half a teaspoon of black salt, one-fourth teaspoon of red chilli powder, half a teaspoon of chaat masala, one tablespoon of fresh coriander leaves, and half a lemon.
Chop mango
Start by thoroughly washing and peeling mangoes. Cut the mango into chunky cubes to avoid mushiness.
Add vegetables
Start by finely chopping red onion, tomato, green chillies, and spring onion. Mix these with pomegranate seeds.
Combine spices
Take a bowl and add black salt, red chilli powder, salt, and chaat masala. Toss it well to combine.
Assemble the chaat
Take a salad bowl and add mango chunks with the combined spice mix and vegetables. Toss it well to mix ingredients.
Squeeze lemon juice
Now, squeeze half a lemon into the chaat and toss it well. This will add tanginess and balance the spicy flavour. Pair this with tacos or eat it as a snack.
