Ingredients
Two medium-sized guavas, half a teaspoon of black salt, half a teaspoon of cumin powder, one-fourth teaspoon of red chilli powder, half a teaspoon of chaat masala, one tablespoon of fresh coriander leaves, and one tablespoon of lemon juice.
Prepare guava
Start by thoroughly washing and peeling guavas. Cut the guava into chunky cubes for the perfect crunch. Avoid using canned guava for this.
Combine spices
Take a bowl and add black salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, and chaat masala. Stir it well to combine.
Assemble the chaat
Take a salad bowl and add guava chunks with the combined spice mix. Toss it well to mix ingredients.
Squeeze lemon juice
Now, squeeze half a lemon into the chaat and toss it well. This will add tanginess and balance the spicy flavour.
Garnish and serve
Garnish the guava chaat with fresh coriander leaves and black pepper. Toss it well to combine everything together.
