Ingredients
For this you require 10 almonds, 2-3 dates, one cup of bowl makhana, one cup of milk and half a banana.
Soak makhana
Take a small bowl and add makhana to it. Soak the makhana in water for 3-4 hours. This will help soften them.
Prepare dry fruits
Deseed the dates and soak almonds and dates in a separate bowl. This will help in easy grinding.
Blend ingredients
Add soaked makana, milk, dates, almonds, and banana to a mixer. Blend it until smooth and creamy.
Garnish and serve
Transfer the smoothie into a glass and top it off with grated almonds on top. Drink this smoothie within 45 minutes after the workout.
