Prepare the paste
Take two tablespoons of rice flour and combine them with enough milk to make a smooth, spreadable paste with no lumps.
Application to tanned areas
Expose all tanned skin surfaces to the application of the paste; concentration on visibly darkened and exposed parts should be given.
Drying
Allow the paste to sit on the skin for 15-20 minutes or until the mixture is completely dry and starts to tighten a bit.
Wash off the mask with lukewarm water
Take off the dried mask with gentle raindrops of water at lukewarm temperatures. Circular shapes should be used while rubbing to exfoliate the skin naturally.
Moisturise
An hour after drying, apply a gentle gruel of moisturiser to keep the skin soft, nourished, and protected from drying out.
