Ingredients

To make this homemade face pack, you only need two ingredients: one grated cucumber and one cup of plain yoghurt.

Cucumber

Cucumber is high in water content and packed with antioxidant properties that help relieve sunburn. It is rich in soothing properties, which help reduce redness.

Yoghurt

Yoghurt is rich in lactic acid, which helps keep skin nourished. It hydrated the skin and soothe irritation.

How to prepare?

Take a bowl and add grated cucumber with yoghurt or curd. Give it a good mix and combine the ingredients.

How to apply?

Apply the face mask on the affected areas and leave it on the skin for 30-40 minutes. Wash it off with normal water.
