Chew fennel seeds

Warm water and lemon

Take a glass of water and squeeze half a lemon into it. Drink this to get rid of bad breath. It also keeps your mouth clean and moist.

Chew on herbs

Chew a few fresh herbs like parsley, basil, and mint. It helps freshen up your breath and remove bad odour.

Gargle with saltwater

Take a glass with warm water and half a teaspoon of salt or baking soda. Use this to gargle your mouth to remove bad breath.

Cardamom cloves
