Ingredients

To make this homemade pineapple shikanji, you need two cups of chopped pineapple, one tablespoon of sugar, half a lemon, half a teaspoon of chaat masala, half a teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, half a teaspoon of black salt, club soda, and chopped mint leaves.

Make pineapple juice

Add the pineapple pieces with sugar to a mixer. Blend them together for 1-2 minutes until smooth, like juice.

add lemon juice

Now, strain the extracted juice using a sieve. Squeeze half a lemon into it and mix it well. This will add the citrus flavour.

Add spices

Take a glass and add salt, chaat masala, black salt and roasted cumin powder. Mix it well.

Garnish and serve

Pour the pineapple juice into the glass and add mint leaves to garnish. Top it with some soda and serve it chilled with ice cubes.
