Ingredients
One glass coconut water, one-third cup coconut malai, one tablespoon basil (sabja) seeds, a teaspoon of pink salt, one green chilli, one teaspoon sugar, one tablespoon lemon juice.
Soak basil seeds
Soak one tablespoon of basil seeds in half a cup of water and leave it for 15-20 minutes.
Crush spices
Take mortar and pestle and add sugar, pink salt, and green chilli. Crush the spices together.
Extract coconut water
Take fresh coconut and transfer its water to a glass. Scrape out the coconut malai with a spoon.
Assemble the sharbat
Add the lemon juice, prepared spice mix, coconut water, coconut malai and mint leaves to a glass.
Serve the sharbat
Top it with soaked basil (sabja) seeds, and ice cubes to the sharbat. Stir it well to combine and serve.
