Ingredients
Ten to twelve button mushrooms, four to five dried shitake mushrooms, two to three tablespoons sesame oil, one tablespoon garlic, half a tablespoon ginger, two fresh red chillies

Salt, black peppercorns, one tablespoon light soy sauce, 2-3 teaspoons spring onion greens, Readymade momos dough, Soy dip.
Prepare mushrooms
Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water for fifteen minutes. Whichever is called for, use the chopped button and shiitake mushrooms in the filling.
Cooking ginger and garlic
Heat sesame oil in a pan. Mince garlic and ginger put them in the oil, and saute for two to three minutes till fragrant and golden.
Adding mushrooms and seasonings
Stir-fry chopped mushrooms with salt, black pepper, and light soy sauce for about 5-7 minutes until softened.
Add chillies and spring onions
Mix in the chopped red chillies and spring onion greens, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes and set aside until cool.
Make the stickers
Roll out some momo dough (store-bought) into circles, put mushroom stuffing right in the middle, and fold the dough into a half-moon shape.
Steam or fry
Steam the stickers for ten minutes or fry until they are golden and crispy. It is served hot with the soy dip.
