Ingredients
Two cups of water, one tablespoon of sugar or honey, 8-10 saffron strands, one cinnamon stick, one tablespoon of grated ginger, and half a lemon.
Boil water
Take a saucepan and put two cups of water in it. Let the water heat on a medium flame until it starts to boil.
Simmer tea
When the water starts to boil, add saffron strands to it. Let it simmer on a low flame for 5-10 minutes.
Add flavours
Now, add the cinnamon stick, ginger lemon wedges, and sugar to the pan. Let flavours blend into the tea.
Strain tea
Turn off the flame and strain the tea using a sieve to remove cinnamon and lemon residue. Sip it warm
