Galouti kebabs are known for their rich taste and delicate texture. Vegetarian rajma galouti kebabs is a wholesome vegetarian appetiser which is packed with protein and fibre. Atp to read the recipe!
Ingredients
One cup of boiled rajma, 2-3 grated green chilli, one-third cup of paneer, two onions, a teaspoon of ginger, a teaspoon of garlic, one cup of mashed potatoes, two tablespoons of roasted besan (gram flour), one fourth teaspoon of (garam masala, amchur powder, cumin powder), lemon juice, and oil for frying.
Prepare rajma
Boil rajma for 7-8 minutes and let it cool down to room temperature. Drain the excess water and grind them to to smooth paste without water.
Saute onions
Take pan and oil oil, onions, green chilli, ginger, garlic, and spanner. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and fraganant.
Combine ingredients
Now, add saute onions and paneer, mashed potatoes and roasted besan to to rajma paste. Combine everything well.
Make tikkis
Let the mixture rest for 20 minutes. Grease your hands with oil and shape a small ball sized round tikkis.
Fry tikkis
Heat two tablespoons of oil and shallow fry tikkis on a medium flame until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Serve it hot with mint chutney and fried onions on side.
