Ingredients
Half cup fennel seeds (saunf), two green cardamoms, two cloves, 6- 8 black peppercorns, half inch cinnamon stick, one tbsp poppy seeds, one tbsp cumin seeds, 10-15 fresh mint leaves, two tbsps sugar, half tsp black salt, half tsp salt, Ice cubes as required.
Take a pan
In a pan, dry roast fennel seeds, cardamoms, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, poppy seeds, and mint, without fat, until fragrant.
Roast it
Take the same pan and heat it. Now, roast with withheld mint leaves on a low flame for 1-2 minutes and cool.
Mix sugar
Mix sugar, black salt, and salt well before moving to a blender and pulverising in the cup.
Blend it smooth
Blend as smoothly as you can until there are no granules. Kindly, ensure everything is blended thoroughly.
Serve it
Put 1-2 tablespoons of the mix into the glasses, dilute with ice and water and stir. Serve immediately after preparing.
