Ingredients
Take 16-20 crispy golgappa puris, two espresso shots, one cup chopped dark chocolate, three teaspoon fresh cream, one and a half cup milk.
What Else You Need?
Take 5-6 motichoor ladoo, two vanilla ice-cream scoops, and some ice cubes.
Espresso Shot
Take a coffee machine and place espresso shots in it. Collect the coffee in a cup.
Preparation
Take a non-stick pan and add ingredients like dark chocolate, one teaspoon milk, and cream to it. Mix well until the chocolate melts.
Chill Ladoos
Take a bowl and place chilled ladoos in it. Mix well by adding one teaspoon of chocolate mixture to it.
Shaker
Take a shaker and add coffee mixture, vanilla ice cream, two teaspoons of chocolate mixture, half cup milk, and ice cubes. Close the lid and shake well.
Puris
Break a little portion of the puris from the top and add the espresso mixture into individual puris and place them on shot glasses.
Serve
Your Golgappa Espresso Shot is ready to be served. It is best when served immediately.
