Ingredients
Half cup cumin seeds, one-fourth cup black peppercorns, two tbsp sea salt, four tbsp black salt, half tsp asafoetida, half tsp chilly powder, one-fourth tsp dried ginger powder, one tbsp dried mango powder, mint Leaves
Dry Roast Cumin Seeds
Take a pan and heat it on a medium flame. Now, dry roast cumin seeds until fragrant. Put in a bowl and let cool.
Roast Black Peppercorns
After that, you have to dry roast black peppercorns. You have to also transfer to the bowl with the cumin.
Roast Sea Salt
Afterwards, let dry roast sea salt. Now you have to mix in asafoetida, ginger powder, and raw mango powder all together.
Add Red Chilli Powder and Mint Leaves
After adding red chilli powder to the mix and dry roast mint leaves. Now, add them to the mixture to let cool.
Grind the Mixture
Crush black salt in bowl. Grind the whole mixture in a grinder to make a fine powder. Store in an air tight container.
