Ingredients

Two, cups of all-purpose flour, one tablespoon of yeast, one tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of salt, three-fourth cup of warm water, one tablespoon of olive oil, chopped tomatoes, and bell peppers.

Make yeast mixture

Take a bowl and add yeast, sugar, with warm water. Stir it well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

knead pizza dough

Combine all-purpose flour, yeast mixture, salt, and olive oil. Knead it to smooth dough and rest it for atleast two hours.

Make tomato sauce

Take a pan and heat olive oil. Add tomato puree with garlic powder, oregano, chilli flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook it for about five minutes.

Preheat oven

Preheat the microwave oven for 15 minutes at 245 Celsius.

Assemble pizza

Lay the pizza dough flat and add tomato puree. Layer it with grated cheese and vegetables.

Bake pizza

Place the pizza in the preheat oven for 15 minutes. Garnish with basil leaves and divide into pieces
