Ingredients
This almond milk can be easily made with just three ingredients. Take 10-14 almonds, one or two dates, and two cups of water.
Preparation
Take a bowl, pour in some water, and add diced dates. Rinse the almonds for later use.
Peel Almonds
Take a pan, boil some water, and pour it over the almonds. Let them sit for a few minutes, then peel off their skin.
Blend
Once peeled, take a blender and place all the almonds and dates with two cups of water in it. Blend until a smooth purée is formed .
Muslin Cloth
Once a smooth paste or purée is formed, use a muslin cloth to strain the milk in a glass or jug.
Serve!
This will give you a delicious homemade almond milk, and straining it will help remove any lumps.
