Ingredients

Three-fourth a cup moong beans, half a cup of boiled chickpeas, one tomato, one onion, one carrot, half a cucumber, one small chilli, two tablespoons of coriander leaves, one tablespoon of lemon juice, one-fourth teaspoon of chaat masala, and salt to taste.

Prepare sprouts

Wash moong beans and soak them in water overnight. Drain the water and cover the moong beans in a damp cloth for 24 hours.

Chop vegetables

Start by thoroughly washing all the vegetables. Start chopping tomato, onion, carrot, cucumber, and green chilli into smaller cubes.

Add spices

Now, add black pepper, salt and red chilli powder to the vegetables. Toss it well to combine with vegetables.

Assemble the salad

Take a salad bowl and add sprouts moong beans, boiled chickpeas, with chopped vegetables and spices. Add green chilli and coriander leaves to it and mix well.

Garnish and serve

Garnish the sprout salad with lemon juice and pomegranate seeds on top. Toss it well and serve it fresh.
