Ingredients

5-6 carrots, one and a half tablespoons of olive oil, salt to taste, and one teaspoon of peri peri masala

Slice carrots

Start by thoroughly peeling all the carrots. Peel the carrot into thin, round slices using a vegetable peeler.

Dry carrots

Soak carrots, and after 10 minutes, take out the carrots and pat them dry with paper towels. Preheat the oven to 100°C.

Add spices

Now, season the carrot slices with paprika, garlic salt, pepper and peri peri masala. Toss it well and add olive oil.

Bake chips

Add the seasoned carrot slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake the chips for 15-20 minutes, until crisp from both sides.

Serve

Let the chips cool down for sometime and garnish with dried parsley. Serve this with curd and white mayonnaise.
