Ingredients

Take 25-30 black grapes, one-fourth cup sugar, one-fourth teaspoon salt, pinch of red chilli powder, and one-fourth teaspoon roasted cumin powder.

What Else Do You Need?

A pinch of chaat masala, lemon wedges, pink salt, ice cubes, lemon slices, grape slices, mint sprigs, and drinking soda.

Preparation

Take a blender jar, add black grapes to it, and blend. Then add sugar to it and blend again to form a smooth paste.

Purée

Take a non-stick pan and strain the purée in it while sieving it. Then cook until the purée thickens.

Add Other Ingredients

Once the purée thickens, add salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, and chaat masala. Mix well, cook for two minutes, then allow it to cool.

Lemon and Pink Salt

Apply pink salt and lemon on the glass rim. Add ice cubes, lemon slices, grape slices, and mint sprigs. Add a portion of the prepared syrup.

Garnish and Serve!

Top the syrup with drinking soda, garnish with grapes and mints, and serve chilled.
