Ingredients
One cup of makhana, one-fourth cup of almonds, one-fourth cup of cashews, two tablespoons of raisins, 10-12 pieces of dates, and 150 grams of dark chocolate.
Melt dark chocolate
Take a saucepan and add dark chocolate. Use a double boiler method and cook this over medium heat for 15 minutes and stir it continuously.
Roast dry fruits
Take a separate pan and add makahnas, almonds and cashews. Dry roast them until it is golden brown.
Grind dry fruits
Add roasted dry fruits with rsibs and dates in a mixer. Grind it together to form a smooth and coarse powder.
Assemble chocolate
Now, add the grinded coarse powder into chocolate moulds. Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours to set completely.
Garnish and refrigerate
Demould the chocolate and then dip it the melted dark chocolate Freeze it agin for 30-40 minutes.
