Ingredients
Two raw grated beetroot, one cup boiled and mashed potatoes, one finely chopped onion, finely chopped garlic, minced ginger, green chilli paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, whole wheat breadcrumbs, two teaspoons of rocksalt, gram flour, rice flour, and some roasted peanuts.
Prepare the mixture
Take a bowl and add grated beetroot, mashed potatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, coriander powder, cumin powder, green chilli paste, and rocksalt.
Bind the dough
Now, add breadcrumbs, rice flour, gram flour, and roasted peanuts to bind all the ingredients. Knead it well to get a smooth dough.
Shape kebabs
Divide and take small portions of dough to shape the kebabs. You can also coat kebabs with breadcrumbs to make them crispy.
Fry kebabs
Heat some oil in a pan. Now, shallow-fry the kebabs from both sides until they turn golden brown.
Serve
