Soak almonds
Soak 10-12 almonds overnight. This will soften the almonds. Peel the almonds skin and remove their skin.
Blend almonds
Add soaked almonds to the blender with two tablespoons of milk. Blend this until smooth and creamy.
Prepare saffron milk
Take a saucepan and add half a cup of milk with 5-6 saffron strands. Let it simmer and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Combine ingredients
Take a mixer and add saffron milk, remaining milk, two tablespoons of sugar, and a teaspoon of rose water.
Add water or ice cubes
Add water or ice cubes to the blender with the remaining milk. Blend it again until smooth and creamy.
Garnish and serve
Garnish with grated almonds and pistachios and sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top. Serve it chilled.
