Ingredients
One and a half litres of full cream milk, one-fourth cup of cream, one-fourth cup of sugar, adjust to your sweetness, 20 pistachios, two tbsp saffron milk, half tsp cardamom powder.
Take milk
Take one and a half litres of full cream milk to boil in a thick bottomed pan. Add cream and mix thoroughly.
Cook for 30 minutes
Cook on a simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sugar and continue cooking until thick, about another 5 minutes.
Add pistachios
Add chopped pistachios, saffron milk, and cardamom powder. Now, stir and simmer again for 5 minutes.
Let milk thickened
Let the thickened milk cool completely. Pour them in molds or glasses, cover, and freeze for a minimum of 5 hours.
Serve
After that, unmold the stick from rub glass gently or dip it in warm water. Garnish and have it with your friends and family.
