Makhna kheer
Fox nuts, or makhna, is a gluten-free snack rich in antioxidants. Mix makhanas with coconut milk, and jaggery and cook it on a low flame.
Fruits and nut chaat
Fruits and nut chaat is a sugar-free dessert. Combine apples, pomegranate seeds, and berries with almonds, walnuts, and raisins.
Avocado sandesh
Combine avocado with paneer, honey, and pistachios. Shape the mixture into small circles and refrigerate to set.
Baked apples
Take an apple and stuff it with dried fruits, nuts, and a little bit of cinnamon. Bake it until soft and golden.
Chia seeds pudding
Take yoghurt and combine it with almond milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Refrigerate it overnight and add fruits on top while serving.
