The time spacing between IVF attempts depends upon a number of factors like a patient's age, reproductive health, and physical health are important to consider. This also helps in determining if they should go for the second attempt or not. The procedure of the second cycle occurs in two ways. In some cases, the cycle starts from the beginning where the patient has to go through all the procedures from ovarian stimulation to egg retrieval, while in other cases there can be frozen eggs to use.
Depending upon the number of factors, doctors advise patients about the ideal time gap between the IVF cycles, but there are also some general guidelines that are to be followed.
