Ginger is a natural antiseptic that can help a lot to heal the skin. It is also an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant which can help clean and tighten pores.
Monsoon humidity sometimes causes clogged pores that can be opened by face steaming as it removes the dead skin and is also an effective method for removing pimples. Excessive steaming can harm your face, so 10 minutes of facial steam on a regular basis can open up the pores, allowing dirt and oil to be eliminated from deep within, reducing pimples and blackheads. Steaming also improves the blood flow to your face, making it more luminous and glowing.

Despite the high humidity, never skip applying moisturizer and sunscreen. Moisturizer and SPF are always essential. One should apply sunscreen and moisturizer even if it's cloudy to keep your skin hydrated and prevent UV ray damage.
Apart from these home remedies, avoid getting drenched in the rain, wash your face at least twice a day, and watch your consumption of spicy foods, dairy, and beverages such as tea and coffee, which can aggravate acne.
