Celebrate Holi safely and healthily. While playing Holi or even post-Holi you may suffer from various allergies, exhaustion or stomach problems which should not be ignored. To avoid such problems you may take a few steps and few precautions.

STAY HYDRATED

While having so much of you may forget to drink water and become dehydrated and will make you feel exhausted keep drinking water, the juice from time to time. Staying hydrated well will make you re-energized. Dehydration may also cause you skin dryness and more prone allergies and reactions.

EAT GOOD

Sweets are the best part of every Indian festival, check for purity while buying sweets, khoya and gujiyas. You may fix a calorie aim, eating goodwill keep your stomach happy and refreshed. Follow a less sugary diet but has a good amount of carbohydrates, proteins and fibre.
