Hypertension might seem like a recent term but does not mean that it is a new disease at all. In ancient times, it was known as ‘Hard Pulse’ when in those times, physicians noticed while examining the pulse of a patient. Hypertension is diagnosed if the systolic blood pressure measurements on two consecutive days is ≥140 mmHg and/or the diastolic blood pressure measurement on both days is ≥90 mmHg.

Homoeopathy is the holistic science which considers the mind n body to gather by way of your symptoms. Moreover, any such diseases like hypertension which is understood a life long disease must have some fundamental disease producing factors, in homoeopathy, we call it miasms. Homoeopathy treats these fundamental factors, which is a very specialised and delicate way treatment needs due diligence on the part of physicians. According to Dr. Pankaj, certain important medicines which should be considered at the beginning of homeopathic treatment of hypertension are:

  • Aconite: People developed hypertension after some incidence of fright. Since when he is been suffering. A few doses of aconite in 200 potency reduces the blood pressure.
  • Staphisagria: many of the peoples found in their life some insulting situation to which they were not able to react back. Since then they suffer with hypertension. Give this medicine in 200 potency.

Please note, those hypertensive patients already on allopathic treatment can also be treated wherein their existing treatment is not stopped. Initially both treatment go to gather and slowly with the consultation of allopathic dr, the medicines are slowly reduced. And while both treatments are on, it has no such reactions. Homoeopathy is safe and it heals. Go for it and heal yourself holistically.
