Aam panna

Raw mangoes can be your friend, if you are suffering from heat strokes. If you don't want to eat mangoes, them aam panna can also be a beneficial alternate option. It is a refreshing and cooling drink, which is also very tasty. If you are having heat strokes, then it can be consumed twice a day. Aam panna can be easily prepared at home, with added flavours and cool spices such as rock salt, pepper, cumin and fennel seeds. It provides energy and is full of electrolytes.

Aloe vera juice
