Hemorrhoids, or commonly known as piles is a swelling in the anal canal that is located below the level of the buttocks, from where you pass your stool. In some patients, the anal canal can get swollen and even bleed in severe cases. This issue can cause discomfort in both inside and outside of the anus and rectum, called internal and external hemorrhoids, respectively. Piles is a very common health problem. The natural agents present in apple cider vinegar can help in reducing inflammation, itchiness and pain. It is inexpensive and can be easily found in markets and stores online.

Epsom salt and glycerin

The healing agents of epsom salt can help in alleviating the discomfort caused by hemorrhoids. Glycerin can also soften the affected area and make passing the stool easier. This combination can be used thrice daily to ease the symptoms of piles. Drinking lots of water and staying hydrated is also important to cope up with this problem.
