  • Place your thumb at the base of your little finger and apply slight pressure on this spot.
  • Now make a fost sonthat your thumb is under your forefingers.
  • Ensure your fust is facing upwards and the knuckles of both the hands are touching each other.
  • Stay in this position for a few minutes.

#3. Prithvi Mudra

It is always said that a person should always be down to earth, well this hand gesture is precisely going to help in doing so.
