First trimester pregnancy symptoms - There are a lot going on in the first trimester as the baby begins to develop and pregnant body experiences some major changes.

In this week, Broadening of waistline, pain in abdomen due to stretch of uterus ligaments, pain in abdomen when changing positions, possibility of disorder called incompetent cervix and the growth of breast size is common.
In the 14th week of pregnancy, the symptoms are extreme mood swings, expanding waistline, possibility of milk discharge from breast and increase in appetite.
