Its completely natural to sweat after any physical activity in summers but there are people who feel embarrassed due to their problem of excessive sweating. 1. Cold Water

Cold water is the fastest and easiest aid to deal with sweaty hands and feet. Dip your sweaty hands or feet in cold water everyday for about 10 to 15 minutes. This will cater to help the problem as sweat is derived from the heat and to neutralize heat in any form on the inside or outside, we need a coolant. Water is the best rescue if you're dealing with sweaty hands, feet or even anywhere else in the body. You may even put a few drops of rose water for a better and hydrated result.

2. Baking Soda

Baking soda proves to be an excellent remedy for sweaty hands and feet because it is alkaline nature. To make the solution simply take two or up to three tablespoons of baking soda and mix it well in warm water. Rest your hands and/or feet in it for 20 to 30 minutes and see immediate results.

3.  Sandalwood Powder

Sandalwood has natural cooling effect. It is known to lessen perspiration which is why it is considered to be an effective remedy when it comes to sweaty palms and feet. To make the paste, take some sandalwood powder and mix it well with water, lime juice or rosewater until it reaches a thick consistency.  Now, apply the paste on the sweaty patches, let it dry and wash it off with cold water.

4. Apple Cider Vinegar 

Apple cider vinegar is an easy to do and at home remedy for sweat. Take a few tablespoons of it and gently apply it on your hands and feet. Apple cider vinegar helps to keep the skin pores tight and in turn lessen sweating. Additionally, if you sweat profusely, drinking a vinegar concoction is a brownie. However, it you feel irritation on your skin, rinse immediately.

5. Tea Bags

Tea bags posses antiperspirant properties which means that you can use moist tea bags for an easy aid. Hold them in your sweaty hands every day for a few minutes. You can also use it to rinse or wipe your sweaty hands and feet in order to control the problem. Alternatively, place 3 to 4 tea bags in hot water and soak your palms or feet in it every day for best results.

It is absolutely normal to sweat in summer or any other season. This just means that your sweat glands actively work. A few other tips that you may include in your daily lifestyle are; avoid caffeine or very spicy foods which may trigger the sympathetic nervous system. Shower daily with soap and water, and prevent body temperatures from rising very rapidly.
