Almond Milk Smoothie

 Almond Milk Magic Milk nourishment is usually tender on tissues and a healthy replacement for fizzy drinks and junks. Make milk more fun and interesting!


Key Ingredients: 1 glass of milk, sugar as per taste, 10-15 almonds (soaked in water over night & peeled)


Take the peeled almonds and grind it to a creamy, rich and a thick paste. Put the milk, sugar and the almond paste in the blender and blend well. Serve it warm in a tall glass. To make it more fun, add a dollop of some pure honey to it and sprinkle some saffron strands on it!


Nutri-check: Milk is rich in Vitamin B2 and Vitamin B12. Almonds are extremely rich in protein and helps lower cholesterol.
