In today's stressful life, migraine has emerged as a big problem, but it is curable with yoga. The more calm we stay, less is our stress. If we do not discipline our self, our mental balance can go off.The main reason for migraine is mental stress. It is more prevalent in women. Its symptoms are vomiting, vertigo and poor vision. Sometimes we get tensed, this stress causes migraine or half head pain.
There are other reasons for this i.e., constipation, high blood pressure, irregular periods, indigestion, irregular food habits, improper food, inadequate sleep and excessive labour.
Practice some yoga asanas for 20 - 30 minutes daily to get rid of your headaches:

Take charge of yourself
So Avoid chocolate, wine, cheese, lassi, peanuts, curd, banana, meat, soya sauce etc.
o Do not take unnecessary responsibility of the whole world.
o Plan your work with determination.
o Focus and concentrate on your work.
o Avoid too many things at one time.
o Have positive attitude.
o Take rest.Headache is also caused due to stress, constipation and drinks. There are some easy ways to treat this:
o Shower fast jet of water on your sole for 1 minute.
o Pour cold water on your head.
o Drink at least 12-14 glasses of water every day.
o Fast for a day in a week.
o Eat bitter gourd, coconut, carrot.
o Take salad, fruits and germinated grains.
