This is done by touching the tip of your ring finger with the tip of your thumb, and pressing these two fingers where they meet. The other fingers should be extended and straight. This mudra especially works in the morning, and the person practising it should be sitting in a padmasana with their palms of both hands on their knees. A great stress buster, this mudra is also known for making your skin glow. Basically, all happy tidings begin with this mudra.
