If you are suffering from anxiety and depression, you better start attending yoga classes twice a week at least, and practise at home more. Yoga helps to reduce the depression effectively, says a new study.
The study findings, published in Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine, substantiate the use of yoga and yoga based intervention methods to treat depression and related problems as an alternative to pharmacologic treatments.
